Studying after receiving a punishment was certainly not easy. Fortunately, in some areas of the library, it was possible not to wear the uniform, allowing those involved to enjoy the pleasantly cool air lingering among the shelves for a while. Of course, there was the risk of being seen by other students, but punishments were almost never administered in private anyway.
